Prince Law Group PLLC ("PLG") is a boutique law firm dedicated to providing quality legal service to a range of domestic and international clients. Our practice is intentionally limited to enable our attorneys to provide superior counsel related to our areas of expertise. We do interesting and challenging work for a diverse client base, including businesses, financial institutions, not-for-profit organizations, government entities and individuals.

PLG was founded by James E. Prince, Esq. with the intention of having a limited practice specializing in sophisticated international trade matters related to import and export compliance and general litigation. The firm provides a full range of international business services regarding import compliance, trade preference programs, cross-border facilitation, export compliance, and civil litigation. Over time, PLG has expanded its attorney ranks and now is able to provide experienced legal counsel in the areas of real estate law, estate planning, landlord/tenant, and bankruptcy. The result is a highly experienced law firm providing strategically defined legal counsel to the specialized needs of individuals and companies.

Prince Law Group guarantees personal service and exceptional product without the mega-firm costs. However, we are strategically aligned with two global law firms allowing us to service a broad range of mutual clients when needed.
